Regarding the speach software, there are quite a few as i said before but if you let me know a price range then I can tell you the best for that. Personally I am using Dragon Naturally Pro and have the SDK for it as well. Its the best but then it costs.

Project Jarvis V is my personal version of Chad Barraford's digital life assistant (DLA). What makes my version unique is that Project Jarvis V runs on Windows Vista instead of on Mac OS X. Project Jarvis V is still in its infancy however speech recognition and also a speech synthesis program have already been integrated into my version of JARVIS. JARVIS V can already preform simple tasks such as operating my computer, checking my emails, and will soon be integrated into my home's lighting and also sound systems. I will be posting videos and comments to keep you up to date on Project Jarvis V as frequently as possible and I hope that you have as much fun as I do when you watch these videos.
